Nail Polish Pouches - I got totally addicted by them, when I saw the new nail polish pattern at the fat quarter shop blog. And had immediately make my own. The pattern was just too big, so I made it up myself in EQ7 and paper pieced it. The little pouch is just 3.5” x 5.5” and holds 3 nail polish inside. I just couldnt go to bed until I finished this cute pouch, a thing I normally dont do. I really need my sleep. So yesterday morning I decided to make a bigger one, this time I paper pieced it 6” x 8”. I love them both and most I love that I had the perfect zipper colors in my stash for them.

  5. Love the bird bee blocks. We do a 2 week camping type vacation and no I don't take my sewing machine but I do take my box of scraps to rotary cut into 2 1/2 and 1 1/2" squares. Its something I wouldn't waste time doing at home when I could sew.

    1. I already carry a ton with me, and I really hope I can squeeze all this today into my car lol, right now it looks just overwhelming. But I take my stitching and crocheting supplies with me, sketchbooks and such things too, for new ideas.
